Complete Platform Usage Guide

By using the 365yes platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance occurs automatically each time you:

• Clicking the "Register" or "Login" button on the 365yes platform
• Using any game or service offered by 365yes
• Making any deposit or withdrawal through your 365yes account
• Downloading and installing the 365yes mobile app on your device

These terms complement and do not replace any other specific agreements you may have entered into with 365yes in relation to particular services or programs, such as the VIP program or affiliate scheme.

To register and use the 365yes platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the date of registration
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of a region where online entertainment platforms are prohibited under local law
• Never previously banned or suspended from using the 365yes platform
• Using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes and not on behalf of any third party

365yes reserves the right to conduct age verification (KYC) checks at any time. Users who fail to provide the required verification documents within the specified period may have their account access temporarily suspended.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 365yes platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Details that must be verified include:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or passport
• Valid date of birth for age verification
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• A Malaysian bank account registered in your own name

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 365yes will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

The 365yes platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within seconds up to a maximum of 15 minutes, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 20 for most payment methods
• Deposits are only accepted from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• 365yes does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• If a deposit is not received within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with proof of transaction
• Successful deposits cannot be cancelled or automatically refunded

365yes reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used, for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. If proof cannot be provided, the relevant deposit may be held until verification is complete.

Withdrawals from your 365yes account are processed to a Malaysia bank account registered in your name. To ensure the security of your funds, 365yes only processes withdrawals to verified accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction
• Processing time: within 30 minutes for standard requests
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC may experience processing delays
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances
• 365yes reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawal amounts

365yes offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a token of appreciation for our loyal members. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user or household unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements are typically between 5× and 30× depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses are only valid for specified games — not all bonuses can be used across all game categories
• 365yes reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through unauthorized means or misuse
• Bonuses have an expiry period — expired bonuses cannot be used or re-claimed
• Promotions may be withdrawn or modified by 365yes at any time with brief notice to users

Bonus system abuse — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinating with other users to exploit offers — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and possible account closure.

All games available on the 365yes platform are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules by licensed game providers. Wins and losses are calculated automatically by independently audited gaming systems.

• The results of all games are final once a game round is completed
• Any technical error that causes an invalid result will result in the relevant round being voided and the wager refunded
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools for gameplay is prohibited
• Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in immediate account closure
• 365yes is not liable for game outcomes affected by an unstable internet connection on the user's end

365yes users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the platform, its staff, and other users. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Use of offensive, threatening, or abusive language in any communication channel
• Making false claims about the platform or attempting to damage the reputation of 365yes
• Sharing account login credentials with other parties
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as financial fraud
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage

365yes cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations related to illegal activity. All transactions and platform activity are stored in secure logs and may be used as evidence when required.

A 365yes account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Upon user request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support
• Voluntary closure: Through the exclusive self-exclusion function in account settings for responsible gaming purposes
• Terms violation: 365yes reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious activity: An account may be suspended while an investigation into unusual activity is underway

If your account is closed at your request and there is no breach of terms, any remaining balance after deducting active bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, the liability of 365yes to any user is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

• 365yes is not liable for any indirect losses, missed profits, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via in-platform notifications
• Any losses resulting from the user's internet connection are the user's own responsibility

365yes reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, we will notify users via their registered email or in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 365yes platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amendments, you have the right to request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Both parties agree to accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to the use of the 365yes platform.
